At On Deck, we prioritize creating a respectful environment that fosters individual growth and development. Discrimination and harassment are strictly prohibited.

Our Code of Conduct applies to all interactions, whether in person or online, and extends to incidents outside official On Deck activities that impact the community.

We investigate and address violations promptly, considering factors like severity and past behavior. We value feedback but encourage it to be shared privately to maintain a positive community atmosphere.

The Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and applies to all community members. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program.

ODF Principles

Spirit of Service: ODF is bigger than any one person. When we are interacting with each other, we should first think about how we can help others before considering what they can do for us. With everyone adopting this mindset, we'll create a fruitful environment where everybody gets help in achieving their goals.

Confidentiality: By default, everything is off the record. Many in this community are searching for something deeper in their lives or making big transitions, and others may not yet have publicly shared this with friends, family, or employers. Please honor that, and avoid sharing anything you learn about each other without explicit permission.

Gratitude: Have a spirit of curiosity and gratitude. We’re bringing together a group of fascinating people, most of whom likely have never met each other…how amazing is that? Get to know each other, and make the cohort what you want it to be for yourself
