Executive Summary
The On Deck Customer Success Fellowship [ODCS] is a selected community and brain trust of world-class CS experts in SaaS. All fellows are interviewed and invitations to join are based on their CS expertise, a spirit of service, and interest in advancing the CS industry.
If you're on this page, it means your CS leader has been offered a spot in ODCS and that is no small feat! The current acceptance rate for ODCS is 15%.

- This cohort of OCDS is 80 CS leaders and will include smaller subgroups connecting Fellows of similar company stage, ICP, and growth goals.
- Fellowship outcomes are focused on gaining relevant CS best practices for your business, problem-solving with Fellows, and joining a meaningful community of trusted, senior peers.
- The time commitment is up to the fellow but we recommend 3-5 hours per month to get the most value from the program. Sessions are always recorded and offered in an internal asset directory.
- Program dates: This is an annual program and the next cohort kicks off April 3, 2022.
- Cost: The $4,990 program fee is an investment toward up-leveling your company's CS efforts as well as enabling your CS leader - giving them access to best practices, a world-class community of senior CS peers, and the broader On Deck ecosystem.
